Light smoked

Our light smoked cheddar uses the same 14 month mature Orkney white cheddar, but has been smoked only once. This results in a more delicate smokey flavour which retains the creaminess of the original cheddar. Amongst others, it has won a Gold Award at the Royal Highland Show and a Bronze award at the World Cheese Awards 2012.
