Dark smoked

Our original dark smoked cheddar is triple smoked using our unique blend of wood on a 14 month mature Orkney white cheddar. This results in a rich golden colour and an intense smokey flavour. The smoking process takes some of the moisture from the cheese resulting in a drier bite. This has won many awards over the years, including Gold Award at the Royal Highland Show and a Silver Award at the World Cheese Awards back in 2012.
